These terms are the agreement between you and Navier for your use of our website, app, and services. We've written them in plain language. By creating an account or using Navier, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Navier. Your privacy is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, and payments in Payments & refunds.
1.Who we are & accepting these terms
Navier ("Navier", "we", "us") provides a travel-readiness platform for Indian travellers. These terms apply to everyone who uses Navier, whether you're on the free tier or have made a purchase. By creating an account, completing an assessment, or making a payment, you confirm you've read and agree to these terms.
Navier is operated from India. Our legal entity and registered address will be added here once incorporation is complete.
2.What Navier is — and isn't
Navier helps you understand where your profile stands for international travel — your NavScore, a breakdown across six dimensions, and a ranked set of steps to get travel ready. It is an information and intelligence tool.
Navier is not a visa agent, law firm, immigration consultant, or financial adviser, and using Navier does not create any such relationship. We do not submit applications on your behalf, and we cannot guarantee any visa outcome — visa and entry decisions are made solely by the relevant embassies, consulates, and authorities. Always confirm requirements with official sources before you apply or travel.
3.Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information in your assessments — your NavScore is only as useful as the answers it's based on. Tell us at hello@navier.in if you suspect any unauthorised use.
4.Plans, payments & access
The assessment and your NavScore are free. Paid plans and destination workspaces are one-time purchases in INR — there's no subscription and nothing recurring, and your access doesn't expire. 5.Your NavScore & AI features are informational
Your NavScore, dimension breakdown, projected ceiling, visa guidance, and answers from our AI assistant are generated from the information you provide and from publicly available data. They are informational estimates to help you prepare — they are not a decision, a promise, or a guarantee, and they may not reflect the latest rules for every case. We can tell you what generally strengthens a profile; we cannot tell you what will happen in your application or interview. Treat the output as a starting point and verify anything important with official sources.
6.Acceptable use
When using Navier, please don't:
- break the law, or use Navier to facilitate anything unlawful or fraudulent;
- copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content, scores, or data, or use them to build a competing product;
- reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with the platform, its security, or other users;
- upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or place unreasonable load on our systems; or
- impersonate someone else or misuse another person's account or information.
7.Your information & content
The answers and details you enter remain yours. You grant us the permission we need to process them to provide the service — calculate your score, generate guidance, and run your account — as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and for having the right to share any information you provide.
8.Our intellectual property
Navier — including the platform, the NavScore methodology, our content, design, and brand — belongs to us and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Navier for your own travel preparation while these terms are in effect. Everything not expressly granted is reserved.
9.Third-party services
Navier relies on trusted third parties to operate — for example hosting and database, payments, bot protection, email, and AI providers (listed in our Privacy Policy). Their availability can affect ours, and your use of features powered by them may also be subject to their terms. We're not responsible for third-party services we don't control.
10.Availability, changes & beta
We work hard to keep Navier available and accurate, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Parts of Navier may be in beta, and we may add, change, or discontinue features. We may carry out maintenance or experience downtime, and data and requirements for destinations can change over time.
11.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss — including loss of profits, savings, data, or a missed trip, application, or opportunity — arising from your use of Navier or any decision you make based on it. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12.Suspension & termination
You can stop using Navier at any time, and you can delete your account from your account settings. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where we're required to by law. What happens to your data on account deletion is described in our Privacy Policy. Because purchases are one-time and access is delivered immediately, ending your use does not entitle you to a refund (see Payments & refunds).
13.Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We'd always rather sort things out directly — please email us first and we'll try to resolve it. Subject to your rights under applicable consumer law, the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Navier evolves or as the law requires. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you. Continuing to use Navier after an update means you accept the revised terms.
